6/1/2008 GEC
Added a favicon for supporter browsers (that big G) so something shows up instead of nothing.
Revamped the design of current news stories to assist in the automated process of adding them to the homepage.
Added new section to the School Stories page which helps tie it in better with the phanfare site (something Allen mentioned ages ago).

Toggl Redesigned, Less Functional
A redeign should be as much about functionality as it is about the loo
ks and feels of the pages. I meant to pluralize those words. Yesterday, Toggl, the insanely functional time tracker I use to track all my clients and projects and hours of web consultantcy redesigned their easy-to-use site into a monster of esoteric navigation and idiotic back pedalling in terms of editability and ease of use. I can no longer recommend Toggl.

Opa’s Cold Hands
Skinning up the north face of Snodgrass Mountain today, wearing Opa’s ski mitts, I couldn’t help thinking of Opa — how his hands were always cold, and how he loved outdoor activities any time of the year. I think he missed his calling; he missed his Colorado calling.
I missed him today.

The Afromotive
